Music Miles Fair Usage Policy
At Stockist, our goal with Music Miles is simple — to reward our incredible community of musicians, creators, and loyal customers. This program is built with love to give back to you, and we want to make sure it remains fair, fun, and sustainable for everyone.
To keep things running smoothly, we’ve put together this Fair Usage Policy. By participating in the Music Miles program, you agree to the following:
Play Fair – The Basics
Music Miles is for personal use only. It’s designed to reward individual customers, not businesses, resellers, or bulk buyers.
One account per customer. Creating multiple accounts to earn extra points is not cool – and not allowed.
First Order Bonus is a one-time gift. Abuse of the welcome points (e.g., creating multiple accounts to get the bonus repeatedly) is strictly prohibited.
Points earned must come from genuine purchases. Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not earn or retain points.
Points cannot be transferred or sold. They’re meant for your use only.
Misuse and What Happens Next
If we detect any suspicious activity, abuse, or attempts to game the system — including but not limited to:
Creating multiple accounts to earn extra rewards
Manipulating purchases or returns to unfairly gain points
Using bots or scripts to interact with the program
Sharing or selling points
We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including:
Revoking Music Miles points earned through misuse
Suspending or permanently disabling your account
Cancelling orders associated with fraudulent activity
Blocking access to future promotions or the rewards program
Right to Amend or End Program
While we hope Music Miles lasts forever, Stockist reserves the right to:
Modify or update the reward structure or rules at any time
End the program with reasonable notice
Adjust points balances in cases of error, fraud, or misuse
We’ll always do our best to communicate changes transparently and in advance when possible.
Final Note
We built Music Miles because we believe in giving back to the community that built us. We trust you’ll use it fairly — and when in doubt, just reach out. We’re here to help.
