ME RW-Pro Bass

Bass Wah with Audiophile Components

The Rewah Pro Bass from Mission Engineering uses the same long-life audiophile components as the guitar version of the pedal but features a modified tone circuit that’s better suited for bass instruments. Both the JFET output buffer and large-core custom inductor serve to reduce unwanted noise and distortion, preserving the low end of your bass or keyboard even with the effect engaged. Four internal dip switches allow you to customize your effect by, say, increasing output gain or tailoring Q and frequency centers. A hardware true bypass keeps the pedal out of your signal when you don’t need it. For a quality wah that’s built for bass, be sure to check out the Mission Engineering Rewah Pro Bass pedal from Sweetwater.

Mission Engineering Rewah Pro Bass Pedal Features:

  • Built with audiophile components
  • Tone circuit is tailored for bass instruments
  • Dual-transistor JFET output buffer and large-core custom inductor reduce noise and distortion
  • Four internal dip switches allow you to tailor your pedal’s tonal characteristics
  • Powered by 9V battery or standard 9V adapter
  • Hardwired true bypass — the Rewah Pro Bass stays out of your signal when not engaged

Switch functions:

  • Switch 1 — increases gain to add slight overdrive to the output transistor
  • Switch 2 — slightly lowers the filter’s center frequency and reduces the bandwidth for a more nasal wah sound
  • Switch 3 — significantly lowers the center of the filter band for a bass-heavy wah
  • Switch 4 — slightly reduces gain and increases bandwidth for a cleaner sound
